I’ve spent 30+ years helping organisations, teams and individuals navigate change – from FTSE corporates and PE-backed firms to SMEs, mutuals and entrepreneurial start-ups. I’ve been a CPO, transformation leader, Board advisor and executive coach – and co-founded, scaled and sold my own business.

I’m curious by nature, positively disruptive and fairly allergic to corporate theatre. I’ll ask the difficult question and help get to what’s really going on – but always with empathy, humour and without ego.
