Partnered with Group CEO and senior leaders, providing strategic HR to define and execute an expansive, multi-business strategy including US$50m in-bound private equity investment in an entrepreneurial (re)insurance & underwriting group with revenues of US$150m and 400 staff.

Acted as advisor to Group Remuneration Committee, supported redesign of Executive Directors’ remuneration and introduced a group and underwriter-specific LTIP.
