Championed a significant cultural shift, enabling operational excellence, faster pace of delivery and team empowerment.

Led the EMEA HR function and shifted the HR focus from task focus to a progressive, purpose-led approach using a strategic narrative and ‘Our Little Book of Why’ to bring the required change to life. Improved HR engagement by 30 points to 84% to AON top-quartile, improved internal client satisfaction ‘net promoter score’ by 63 points to an NPS of +50 and delivered agility index scores 18 points above group.
